This will always be the case for DBs that are not installed, or have not had
the init run I believe.

I meant to put this in #c18 and posted the wrong link.

/usr/sbin/e-smith/systemd/mariadb105-initialize

This will get run on smeserver-automysqlbackup-update

Hmmmm.

So we have services to adjust which should add the backupuser, but wonder if it
needs some extra stuff to reload the DB or something as per
smeserver-mariadb105-update?
