Lets have a look at the message logs as well.
The only difference is that we changed "sv -v down qmail" to "systemctl stop
qmail"
That systemctl call is essentially a sv call wrapped by a systemd unit file so
really nothing has changed in which case we need to find out why it is isn't
either stopping, or starting again
Looks like the log at 13.14 shows it stops, but never starts. Is that reflected
in the message logs?
Can you also try on the command line and see if it is OK?
Trying to see if it is a FormMagick panel issue or qmHandle/qmail issue.
