as we log in using auth tkt, the auth mecanisme is not the same as with
conventional auth basic, As a result php does not get PHP_AUTH_USER
and new version of pki just ignore the [REMOTE_USER]
as a result all new certificates are creted for default user, and all users are
able to see everything even if not admin !
