seems that pgsql.init is using wrong path for both bin to restore and service
to restart
psql has wrong path
should use
/usr/pgsql-13/bin/psql
need to check also every templates called to go to /etc/e-smith/pgsql/init/
also postgresql-libs 9 is installed and should not
