ok, those extras are in the sogo repo. So it really needs:
yum --enablerepo=sogo,epel --setopt='epel.exclude=gnustep-*' install sogo
sogo-tool sogo-activesync sogo-ealarms-notify
I'll do a new install in a while with the sogo repo as part of it and log all
the dependencies.
