current nextcloud-occ-conf this script could take a few minutes to perform. It
could be great to split it for different events or to make it to execute some
parts conditionnally of the event.
as an example ldap configuration does not need to occur when creating an ibay.
also using some events like user-create or ibay-create or ibay-modify, we could
make it propagate only the said element, not all.
this would increase the speed of execution
this bug is intended to segment the script nextcloud-occ-conf or make usage of
ARGV to run only what is needed depending on the event and presence of a
username / groupname
