As ddclient runs under the ddclient user (which it insists on), then any
command issued by the task can only access globally available
commands/executibles.
This does not include the /sbin/e-smith/db and et al.
So need to remove the option to get the IP from the SME DB, and add warning
about t5he command option that this cannot access the e-smith executibles.
Only doing this for the SM2 panels.
