The following error appears every 3 seconds in the /var/log/httpd/error_log
when accessing phpvirtualbox via a user in an allowed group (e.g. a user who is
a member of a group defined in phpvirtualbox userGroups config item).
[authz_user:error] [pid 20923] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:64522] AH01663: access
to /phpvirtualbox/endpoints/api.php failed, reason: user 'user' does not meet
'require'ments for user to be allowed access, referer:
https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/phpvirtualbox/
