no apache mods..config is as shown..this is important from wiki, need to be
aware of the behaviour
set to enabled (enabled|disabled) to use with the url
https://your-sme-ip/phpmyadmin-multi with the Mysql user account of a database
and its password. Only the database concerned is seen in the phpmyadmin
management web page.
eg I have a user in server-manager, terry, and has been added as a user
account in phpmyadmin, also had rights set to a MySQL Db, test and the
phpmyadmin db this user is able to access phpmyadmin using the multiuser url
I also have a user terry2 that has NOT been added as a user account in
phpmyadmin, this user has no access whatsoever to phpmyadmin
