Note:
Now seems to "work" with Server Manager 2, in as much that it is treated like
other non converted entries - the page comes up in a seperate tab.
Would be nice to make this a frame in the current tab, then we would have
something usable without having to convert every contrib first.
I'll open a bug (NFR) for it.
However the entry in the menu structure comes up a "unknown" not sure if this
is peculiar to this (unconverted) contribs or whether that is what all
uncoverted contribs come up as. I'll investigate more.
