Patch for PHP 82 and download names
Proposed patch
Update to PHP82
BZ 12275 Use of undefined constant
Added some ctype functions for reference
Attempt to sanitise Common Name - needs refinement - testUseableChars()
Fix download names for p12 on first create - need the sanitising to be applied
to the pem/bundles
This should not affect any existing certificates and should not affect the
creation of any new ones.
