As per conversation on Rocket.Chat when this is run by ddclient in the server
manager as part of domain-update we get a number of errors in the logs.

Error:
malformed JSON string, neither array, object, number, string or atom, at
character offset 0 (before "This version of Next...") at
/etc/e-smith/events/domain-modify/S30nextcloud-occ-conf line 48.
