currently we put a template iun VirtualHost and we ask people to configure the
domain to WebAppVirtualHost.
we need to
- create a dedicated NextcloudHost config
- update wiki
- migrate domains set as WebAppVirtualHost template path to new template path
and remove VirtualHost property in nextcloud
- update references to nextcloud{VirtualHost} in code to seek for all domaines
with NextcloudHost as template path
