I notice this was missing form v11 repos.
I installed the v10 version to test:
https://mirror.pialasse.com/releases/10/smecontribs/x86_64/RPMS/smeserver-openvpn-routed-0.1.6-7.el7.sme.noarch.rpm
Only issue seemed to be this:
Running scriptlet: smeserver-openvpn-routed-0.1.6-7.el7.sme.noarch

[/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/mod_dav.conf:1] Line references path below legacy
directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/davLocks → /run/davLocks; please update
the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.
