fully updated with web-hosting package, now fails to run httpd-e-smith.service

perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server
configuration
just compared httpd.conf on pre-updated vs. failed updated
pre-updated has these 2 lines;
LoadModule dav_module modules/mod_dav.so
LoadModule dav_fs_module modules/mod_dav_fs.so
updated doesn't.
