Upgraded:
smeserver-vacation-11.0.0-3.el8.sme.noarch
Installed without error and "Uservacationsget" at top of panel is gone.
Enable vacation messages defaults to "Yes", whereas SM1 does to "No".
Vacation message edit box (though resizable) could be wider by default (on PC).
When logged in as admin descriptive/instructions text appears on the initial
page not on the "Change user vacation settings" page as it does in SM1 or when
simple user is logged in.
