I added a check to add /mnt/backup if it didn't exist - great if you have space
and want to save to your local drive and then copy to a new server.
However, running the script may potentially overflow your local disk.
We should probably add a warning like "are you sure you have space on your main
drive to save your configuration data?" and a yes/no to proceed or similar.
