Can't locate object method "startform" via package "CGI" at
/etc/e-smith/web/functions/user-email line 1121.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (admin), giving this error message
and the time and date of the error.
This looks as though it will work well in "legacy" mode with SM2, but this fix
needs to be applied.
