this is easy if you only use one type of access (ie subdi or dedicated domain)
but as the rewrite rules are in the htaccess and occ command will rewrite
depending of the setting, there is no easy way to write a rule for both
situation
if if the right config is set in httpd.conf part of the nc httacces will
overide the content.
only way to get it working is to Allowoveride none.
then allowing subfolder individually to override eg config etc. or defining the
rule in httpd too.
this would however need to be updated whenever an update is done to htaccess
file by NC....
