error is because module mod_AuthTKT is not enabled,
you need last smeserver-apache , smeserver-manager and e-smith-manager
smeserver-apache-11.0.0-18.el8.sme
e-smith-manager-2.8.0-46.el8.sme
smeserver-manager-11.0.0-165.el8.sme
