Current version : FreePBX 17.0.28
In the dashboard we get warning as follows:
"Updated Asterisk Mini HTTP Server Bind Address to Localhost"
“Asterisk Mini HTTP Server bind address updated from “::” to “127.0.0.1” to
restrict access to localhost and improve security.”
Workaround here:

Set Bind address to ::0
Clear the warning and refresh and the warning disappears.
Not sure on a proper fix.
The related issue can probably be closed but added for reference.
