I discovered my tftp service was dead.
Ran:
signal-event smeserver-tftp-server-update
Jun 14 08:32:38 home systemd[1]: Started Tftp Server.
Jun 14 10:47:39 home systemd[1]: tftp.service: Succeeded.
Jun 17 16:46:09 home systemd[1]: tftp.service: Got no socket.
Jun 17 16:46:09 home systemd[1]: tftp.service: Failed to run 'start' task:
Invalid argument
Jun 17 16:46:09 home systemd[1]: tftp.service: Failed with result 'resources'.
Jun 17 16:46:09 home systemd[1]: Failed to start Tftp Server.
[root@home ~]# systemctl status tftp.socket
Jun 14 08:32:32 home systemd[1]: Listening on Tftp Server Activation Socket.
Jun 17 16:46:07 home systemd[1]: tftp.socket: Socket unit configuration has
changed while unit has been running, no open socket file descriptor left. The
socket unit is not functional until restarted.
[root@home ~]# systemctl restart tftp.socket
Information: tftp.socket is not defined in configuration DB.
OK - but errors have cleared.
[root@home ~]# systemctl status tftp.socket
● tftp.socket - Tftp Server Activation Socket
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/tftp.socket; enabled; vendor preset:
disabled)
Drop-In: /usr/lib/systemd/system/tftp.socket.d

Not sure why it couldn't restart.
