Hi Robert ,

Both older revision and new revision has common subtree . However while
running with previous revision , we do not see any re ordering of the tag ,
however while running with recent revision we are seeing the issue.

Basically subtree definition defines a grouping which referenced in list
which uses composite key . The order of the composite key is getting
reversed.
