With the introduction of the new mechanism to configure netconf connectors
through the config datastore in Beryllium, the mechanism of mounting via
the config system is no longer needed. It was officially deprecated in
Carbon via the Release Notes and further stated removal was slated for
Nitrogen. Also Netconf Examples

updated a while ago to warn users that it is deprecated and to point users
to the new mechanism. Therefore the config system mounting mechanism is
being removed in Nitrogen.
