OK, I think I see what you mean.. not something I can jump on today, but I've just at least created https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/ODLPARENT-143 for future tracking. PS: Personally I'm getting a little bit tired of OSGi and Karaf issues (as much fun as that was for my first 2 years on the project...), on can't help but wonder if all this "overhead" is really worth the "value" we're getting out of it; but anyway.
