Hi Michael, Yes, I am planning to contribute to ODL by proposing new services or applications. I had some commit in neutron and moasca openstack projects. But, I am new in ODL architecture so I am just starting to learn how to implement new functions based on the official doc for developers. I can help to resolve this issue but I have no idea how. If you can provide me with necessary instructions, I will propose a change for this.
