Hi Robert, I have made changes from http to https but nothing changes. Maven 
returns the same error.
I used 2 files setting.xml:
* The first downloaded by the official repository: https : // raw. 
githubusercontent. com / opendaylight / odlparent / master / settings. xml
* The second one is the same but it has https://repo1.maven.... as repository 
(see attached file)
Where am I wrong?
