Sounds good. I can do a "news blog" like I did last time.

I'm thinking of making the motto of this one some variant of "Science Fiction
and Open Source". (Not _specifically_ Linux, since we've got Linux in the
name this time... If it was in the motto as well, we'd be squeezing out
Apache, Postgresql, MacOS X, etc.)

Our last logo game from around page 10 of this:

Basically, I contacted the people who did the tux in a red shirt logo
(federation shuttlecraft agusta ada) and asked 'em if I could use their logo.
There are plenty of others to choose from, and somebody's bound to be
reasonable...

There are a couple of decent ones on the first page, but too small. (Maybe we
could get bigger copies by contacting the source.) You may notice one on
page 9 (rurilinux, done by fred gallagher of megatokyo) that wouldn't be bad
for the Masquerade logo. But probably not the main con... Merlin software
technologies has one on page 12... Magic software on page 14...

Hmmm, random graphics, random graphics...

Cool.

It would be nice if we had somebody on staff who knew their way around
photoshop. It would be perfect to have Tux emerging from the tardis, or with
elf ears, or...

This guy would be good, if we can afford him or talk him into doing it in
exchange for a link...
