(Assumption - registration will be allowed online through October 1st, but payment must be received by October 5th (at the $45 level))
Onsite registration will be $45 for 3 day, $20 for Friday, $25 for Saturday, and $20 for Sunday.
(What are our hours for registration going to be?)
Dealers tables - Tables will be sold in 4 foot lengths, at $40 per 4 feet. Major guests (Currently only Eric, Eric, and Steve) will be given one length free, with additional lengths being based on availability?
Dealer room will close to general public from 2 to 3 PM on sunday for Dealers to pack up rooms/checkout.
Question - do we give dealers a free pass for the convention? If so, how many? two? one? Find out from hotel what kind of tables they have available (3x8, 2.5x6).
