I'd do the 'dealer cutoff' at September 15th, or even earlier. We then do a 'case by case basis' after that.

Hey all you stupid people registering at the door. What morons. If you'd just done this a week before the convention, you could have gotten a dealer's table and left it EMPTY. In fact if two people want to preregister, the easiest thing to do is buy a dealer's table and not use it! It's cheaper than buying normal tickets!
I do not think this is a good idea.
