I haven't got outlook and I wouldn't use it if I did. This is not that hard, scheduling stuff in rooms is actually fairly easy (we don't care about the ballroom changing size: track the segments individually and schedule a given event in more than one room when it overlaps. Problem solved. (And we're not going to move the walls that often while the event is going. The banquet and dance require setup, for the rest it's optional.) > > Hm.. If people get t-shirts when they preregister, we can either A) have boxes of t-shirts at registration (in addition to the ones for sale in the dealer's room), B) give people a t-shirt coupon when they register, and tell them to pick it up in the dealer's room. I think A) is a better idea, myself. > > Forms are easy enough. I can make a stab at them. We need a > > dealers signup form, a registration form, entertainment offer form? > > Entertainment offer?
