Both to them, I would think. Announcement for announcing, list for discussion.
Did anyone actually RECEIVE the picture I emailed out a few days ago? I even asked, and noone's responded at all.
And yes, I did, I mentioned it in the other message that it would probably have to be redone in a SVG form if people wanted to choose it. Personally, I like the one I sent out. But I'm not the one making the final decision. So anywho.
