I'll probably need a lot of help from Mark on this one. ezmlm-idx has a
good web indexer, but it's CGI, asks for a number of things that I'm not
quite following (could be tiredness as well), and I'm almost certainly
not going to be able to make it look pretty on my own. (it's ezmlm-cgi)
I'm not totally certain what it's asking for in the way of placement.
