Turns out this was only a two day event - and a short one at that.  I 
got there right after they'd taken off.  (no dealer room, etc)

Talked with some of the ConCom - they'd be interested in getting some 
publicity, and gave me some leads on getting Anime type guests.  
Apparently ADV (AVD?)  does dubbing in Houston, so we have some local 
voice actors.

(Got the name of one, I'll be checking that later)

Anyway - more information once I've talked with them a bit more.
