Dealers are vendors. (Sponsors might not be, but we haven't been going for those and it's not necessarily a good idea the first year, because we want to establish our independence before accepting potentially distoring amounts of money. And right now, $5000 would be distorting. We can go for sponsors our second year.) The five potential lists from my notes were: general concom announcements dealers volunteers And right now, the only two we really need are general and announce. Specific other lists can split off from general as traffic warrants it (which it doesn't yet). Notice that if the concom discuss things on a private list, the "general" list might as well not exist.
