From a smoker's point of view. We tend to congregate when we see someone else either smoking or going out for a smoke. Where one smoker is, soon there are more. With that said, it would probably be better to have a smoking only room, but with fewer amenities than the ConSuite. Personally, I think that it would be better to keep them inside and around the con than outside in their own little world.

Same here. If they're outside, if you (me) want to get fresh air, and are fairly allergic to cigarrete smoke, smokers outside near the entranceways and such...not fun. Give them their own bare-bones con suite.
