Yes, you're right.
As long as you don't add port 8443 in "Internet Traffic" with the web
frontend, your rule will only allow connections to this port from the
specific IP you have set.
Our "Internet Traffic" menu opens the specified ports for all external hosts,
so this must be used with care.
