I'm afraid you can't use the web update to upgrade to RC1. You'll only get
security updates this way.
We don't provide an automatic way to upgrade from one beta/RC to another.
You may update packages manually, I think the packages should be on the
mirrors independently of the ISO by now. You may have troubles, though, since
they are *development* packages and may be in an unstable state at any given
time, especially today (by unstable I mean broken dependencies, mostly). I
would suggest waiting until the end of the week.
