Hi there,

You didn't mention what you have installed on the PC ;)
Also, please send us the dhcpd.conf configuration file because I tried
here the same thing and it works without a problem with windows
clients and MAC clients and Linux clients. 

Do you have a internal DNS or not ? I tried here in both cases and it
also works.

Are you sure you've entered the right DNS entries ?
