Apparently you need to open high ports from the outside of the firewall 
(Restric Access / Internet traffic). Put something like 1024:  (don't forget 
the ':') and see if this works.
You may narrow down the ports range to open, maybe something like 
61000: in your case, but I don't know the way jetdirect works.
