Please accept my apologies.  I wrote and sent this on May 14 but my email
provider (mail.com) has been having severe problems.  It's been slower than
snail mail and just as reliable. I've even sent test messages to myself and
they have not yet arrived (4 days).  I will be switching to another email
provider but that means deleting myself from this list and then requesting
access using the other email address.

Thanks for the assistance and please disregard any more messages that are
late.
