I really don't show what you want to do. You can use group for retrict the
binary exec of the system but if you let one client (http,ftp,scp,...) user
can download and exec her binary. It probably exist some kernel with no exec
module or patch for doing more or less or task, but in fact i think, itn't
the good way to perform such control. I suppose you have problems to filter
such kind of protocol you can use standard port like real audio. it should
better to filter this kind traffic directly by a firewall, unfortunatly SNF
cannot be able to perform such task.
