I read yesterday a new SNF is going to come up :) I read with pleasere the adopted kernel is to be the 2.4 serie. Grateful :) I adopted the current SNF to my LAN, and to custumers LANS. It works perfectly with small solutions (eth0 LAN, eth1 INTERNET). I appreciate the Transparent Squid proxy and the reports (traffic by ethernet). But I have had to add minimal enchangements for my reality... so I feel to suggest some features for the next releases. * more nets on the LAN * more IPs on INTERNET: some to the LAN, other to SERVERS (DMZ) * Traffic shaping (it is very easy to do ;) ) * Complex routing situations (accompished to firewall rules).
