Well, i think that you've forgot one parameter that's very important. I'll write the commands to route to your web server: ipvsadm -a -t 200.45.0.1 (your public ip) ipvsadm -A -t 200.45.0.1 -r 192.168.0.1 (web server ip) -m
Don't forget to put "-m", because this parameter cause the firewall to route the traffic. If you don't put it, the firewall nothing will route. I'm apologize for my level of inglish.
