Hi all,

Apologies if this has been asked 10,001 times before. I browsed thru the
Mandrake site, including the forum, and was unable to find an answer. I
just subscribed to the list, so I may have missed traffic related to my
problem.

I have a Titanium G4/400 that I'm trying to install Mandrake PPC on. I've
downloaded the ISOs, burned CDs, and can happily boot up in text-mode
install and install the dist... Doing a boot to install-aty128fb seems to
hang the machine at the "Welcome to Linux 2.2.19" message.

Anyhow, once Mandrake is installed, and I reboot, I get the same problem as
when I boot w/install-aty128fb, namely the notebook hangs right after the
kernel loads. I've also tried downloading the test4.iso file, but same
problem...

Any thoughts? Is there some magic trick I am unaware of? According to the
limited info on the Mandrake site, they've had success on Ti G4s before.

Help!
