On my iMac DV (Summer 2000) w/ ATI Rage 128 I'm getting a purple Aurora
screen - the star and such seem to be rendering in less than the optimal
number of colors. My yaboot.conf video line looks like so:
append=" video=aty128fb:vmode:16:cmode:24"
The initial 'Welcome' graphic (using a Mandrake kernel) looks perfect,
but the colors on the Aurora screen are definitely off (compared to
Aurora on my PC Mandrake installation).
Has anyone else seen this?
