Hi Mikael,
There seems to be some basic incompatibility with the kernel in the
install ISO and some of the machines. I had hoped to resolve this by
using an updated 2.4.4 kernel in the final release canididate, but now it
has introduced new issues with some machines in Paris. Drakx (the
installer) is setup in a manner whre I believe I can offer 2 installer
kernels, so that might be the way to go. I haven't had anyone with one of
these machines that have the lockup issue willing to work with me to test
the new kernel to see if it resolves the problem.
If you're willing, I have a set of ISO's with the 2.4 kernel that you
could try.
