Just a heads up since I seem to be the only "official" presence on the
list and so you don't all feel abandoned. I'm leaving this morning for
holiday for a week+weekend. I'll have my Powerbook and will probably keep
up on email to some degree so I'm not buried when I come back, and should
something really hit the fan I've got all my files and access to the Paris
machines. I've updated a number of packages on the mirrors based on some
of the feedback on RC1 and believe I've corrected the looping bootloader
issue, at least it worked here on a dozen or so installs using various
configurations of full and partially full disk drives.
Also there's a bright, shiny MOL out there, courtesy of Samuel Rydh, the
author, which works quite well for me here - sound and everything ;^)
I rebuilt it against the 2.4.4-6.2 Mandrake kernel, so all you should need
to do is install it, run molvconfig as root to setup console video modes,
and possibly edit /etc/molrc to point to your MacOS partition.
(oh - yeah, it's in 2 parts now - mol and mol-kmods)
