First, do you use the "recommended" or the "expert" install ? In the
"recommended" install I had the same problem. Use the expert install.
Once you're at the stage where you set up your partitions, there shd be
a very small piece of hd (apparently hda14 in your case). Select it and
click "format" in the left side menu. Tell it explicitly to format it as
"bootstrap". That worked with me. Note that "root", "home" etc. are
formatted automatically when doing a destructive save. The "bootstrap"
isn't.
