I forwarded an announcement to the list a couple of days ago on the new work ANi joshi is doing with Nvidia, but I haven't seen source appear yet to work into our apps. Here's a link to the scoop: http://www.imaclinux.net/articles.php?single=978+index=0 > - install-novideo makes everything in the second stage into this > really ugly shade of blue; mouse tracking is bad also. > - My monitor, a Mitsubishi Diamond Plus 73, is listed when I'm > asked to select the monitor I'm using. If you're willing to experiment with the custom video settings and can find a better choice for that card, I can set it up on the next ISO. > - X won't start up properly. The USB load comes from the x86 side, whereas I build it into the kernel as it really stinks to boot up with no keyboard at all ;^). Maybe I should give in and make it a module. I don't know why pcmcia is getting setup on every machine now, need to research it. It's possible it's getting picked up because I load some pcmcia stuff during install for the airport. > UI: > - "Cancel" buttons during the installer often do nothing. That's outside of my charter, I just try to make the installer work on PPC. If you want to try and get X going, I'd like to work with you on that.
